  1. How to Book – You can book equipment online through our website or by contacting us directly.
  2. Deposits – A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  3. Identification – Valid government-issued ID must be provided at the time of rental.
  4. Delivery / Pickup – Customers may pick up equipment or request delivery (additional fee may apply).
  5. Cancellations – Must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  6. Breakdowns – If equipment fails during normal use, we will provide replacement if available.
