Welcome to SwiftEquipRent. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period – Equipment is rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Late returns may result in additional charges.
2. Payments – Full payment or deposit is required before rental begins.
3. Responsibility – Renter is responsible for safe operation and care of the equipment. Any damage caused during rental is the renter’s responsibility.
4. Insurance – Renter must have valid insurance or accept liability for damages, accidents, or injuries.
5. Cancellation – Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
6. Liability – SwiftEquipRent is not responsible for accidents, misuse, or delays caused by equipment failure.
